Abriana means "mother of many nations" and Isabel is a variation of the Hebrew word meaning "consecrated to God".

My wife and I love to choose our children's names primarily by what they mean. As we use our children's names on a daily basis, it is a great reminder for us to continue "training them up in the way of the Lord".

Gabriel, our son's name, means "man of God". Ariel, our daughter's name, means "lioness of God".

And because my wife is from Peru, we also try to choose names that can be spelled and pronounced easily in both English and Spanish.
