I loved this book because it is grounded upon the Bible and is full of biblical truth. It is also for this reason that book is so convicting! If you are like me, prayer and fasting are two of the most difficult "duties" of the Christian life. This should not be. In fact, Piper shows us in this book how these duties should rather be for us "delights" as we lovingly and gratefully commune with our Creator, Redeemer, and Lord.
