You might have noticed that during the past 3 or 4 weeks I have not been able to blog as often as I would have liked.

 

For some reason, my blog become inaccessible for me here in Ch.... But out of the blue, it just started working again the other day.

 

While I was unable to blog regularly during these weeks, my father (Laban West) helped me out by posting what I told him to post.

 

Thanks Dad and Happy Father's Day! Let me take this opportunity to promote my dad's family website and his Youtube videos (especially "Goodbye World, Goodbye"). Believe me, you will be entertained (and likely have a couple good laughs) if you visit the site and watch some of his videos!

 

Love you Dad! And most of all, thank you for teaching me that the Bible is indeed the Truth and Jesus Christ is the only Name under heaven by which we must be saved!

 

[This picture was taken on New Year's Eve, 2005, as my father and I were travelling by motorcycle through a rural Muslim region of China. This was the same day that we almost froze to death numerous times (including 18 degree temps at 11,700 ft with a 30 mile an hour wind and one good jacket between the two of us), ran out of gas (the gauge was broken), and wiped out on ice going about 35 mph right as we made it back to town. The locals all watched from their shops as these two foreigners slid on their backs and sides down the middle of the dark highway in front of them. We got up laughing (and shaking!) and made it home a few minutes later, safe and sound!
