The last couple of days have been extremely hectic as we have tried to finish sightseeing around Hong Kong with my parents and also enjoy ourselves a little bit in the lovely harbor-view room that we were able to procure together as a family for our last two nights in Hong Kong.

My parents finished their nearly 4 week-long trip to China yesterday morning and should have already arrived back in the States in the past few hours.

The weather has been extremely hot these past couple days, even for Hong Kong. A typhoon that is on track to hit Taiwan is also causing different weather patterns in over our way to the west and Hong Kong is experiencing much more humidity, heat, and smog than normal. These days it is much more comfortable to be indoors with the A/C turned on that outside on the streets. And that is just what we are doing today. It is almost 1 p.m. and my family and I are still in our hotel room relaxing before we venture out in a little bit to find lunch.

Please keep praying for us, because we are scheduled to meet with quite a few old friends and fellow workers in the coming week or so and we want the Lord to have His way in all our conversation and time together.
