We had the privilige yesterday of driving from Knoxville, Tennessee down to north Georgia via the Great Smoky Mountains.

The route we chose to take took us right through Great Smoky Mountains National Park and over the highest (5,018 ft.) pass in the region.

Yesterday was a beautiful day. The rain had already passed on through and so the air was clear and the sky blue.
