For those of you who are baking in the August heat, enjoy this flashback to January of this year when we took a road-trip to research some new areas far to the south of where we live. It turned out to be a very cold and snowy couple weeks!
Check out the snowball in mid-air heading towards the car window where my wife is sitting.
This looks like it would be a treacherous drive, but it really wasn’t too bad. The snow was fresh and had not yet turned into ice. Do you see our police friend standing off to the side of the road saluting Mother Nature all around?
The police officer and I got into a snowball fight, and I won! He didn’t have a chance.
