What looks like a messy pile of trash on the opposite side of the lake is actually an ‘organized’ collection of Tibetan prayer flags strewn all over the shore and hillside.

In the picture, I was actually going to see how far I could skip a rock across the ice (earlier tries to break the ice had already failed miserably). The skipping actually went pretty well… almost as if you were skipping a rock on water.
