Two days ago I was invited by a friend to go skiing at a small resort here in central China.

The picture shows the entire ski area. One not very long green run and one poma lift.

Although I missed cruising on some longer runs and actually sitting on a lift that takes me up the mountain, this little ski slope was the first place I have ever donned skis in China.

And the rental rates and lift tickets were very reasonable ($13 total). So I probably won't go back on my own to go skiing, but I would take someone else who was maybe just learning to ski.
