Thanks for those of you who have been thinking of our Brother Noel. Since I last wrote, he has come down from the high altitude where he had been living (12,200 ft.) to the lower elevation of the city where I live (6,200 ft.). Yesterday we went to the hospital and they did some tests and decided that he is most likely dealing with Chronic (not acute) Appendicitus. He has been prescribed 2 antibiotics that he will be taking for the next 4 days or so. We are going back to the hospital for a reavaluation on Monday. If things do not improve, they will most likely have to operate to remove his appendix.
